Holland is plagued by heavy snowfall at this time. There's a judge traffic jam and trains are delayed or do not drive.
Fortunalety we can have enough food and we can dress warm. For birds it's difficult. So.. guys, buy a lot of peanuts and other food for the little ones. For birds it's the only way they can endure the winter. When you really pemper them, once there will be a golden bird (limited edition and smells wonderful) like this one on your balcony :)

Delicious muffins Bon appetit

Ingredients:

250g plain flour
21/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
100g caster sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
good grating of fresh nutmeg (or 1/4teaspoon ground nutmeg)
2 clementines/satsumas approx.
125ml full-fat milk
75ml vegetable oil (or melted butter left to cool slightly)
1 egg 175g dried cranberries
